For download a writing frame that can be used to compare two poems. Also included (at the top of the writing frame) is a Venn Diagram that learners can use to plan their response. Venn Diagrams are a great scaffold for EAL learners and help them to plan their responses.
I have used this writing frame for the Power and Conflict poetry unit that EAL learners in the UK study at secondary school.
